I am a cynical, society-shunning, Bush-hating, and above all fun-loving female who spends most of her time in annoyingly sunny Sarasota, Florida. I graduated with an honors literature degree from USF in 2004. Although the benefits of such an achievement grow progressively more dubious as our modern age unfolds, I'm choosing to remain marginally optimistic. As I vascillate between possible career paths I'm working at Burns Court Cinema where fortunately I'm surrounded by some exceptionally cool co-workers. In my spare time I enjoy reading french existentialism and depressing Russian stuff, watching strange and thought-provoking movies, cooking with vegetables,and spending time with the creatures/people I love and adore. This hand-selected group includes my parents, Gia my cat, my best friend Katie Tucker, and other lovely people too numerous to list here. I enjoy a wide range of music...anything from Led Zeppelin to Leonard Cohen to Ravi Shankar to Nine Inch Nails. I am a benevolent atheist and I appreciate the light side as well as the dark side of life. And no, I'm not Paris as in Paris Hilton. I'm just Paris as in Paris Rose of the Goldfarb Dynasty thank you very much.
